1. EU Announced Plan to Establish Stablecoin Standards by This Year
EU banking regulator EBA announced in an official statement on Sept. 11 that it will set a standard for stablecoin technology by the end of 2024. EBA said it will apply stablecoin regulation in the EU region by December based on EU integrated cryptocurrency regulation 'Mika'.

2. UK Introduces Bill to Clarify Cryptocurrency as Personal Assets
The British parliament introduced a bill on Sept. 11 that recognizes cryptocurrencies including Bitcoin(BTC) as personal property and recognizes the property rights of cryptocurrencies. The U.K. Ministry of Justice declared that various cryptocurrencies in the U.K. are legally protected as property through the newly introduced bill.

3. Bitcoin Fall Again as Lower U.S. core CPI
Bitcoin(BTC) failed to rebound due to the rise of its core CPI, excluding energy and food prices, despite meeting the expectations of the U.S. Consumer Price Index (CPI) in August. The U.S. Department of Labor announced on Sept. 11 that its core CPI rose about 0.3% from the previous month. Disappointment spread in and out of the market that the possibility of the U.S. Federal Reserve(Fed) making a 'big cut', a 50bp interest rate hike, disappeared due to the rise of its core CPI, and cryptocurrencies including Bitcoin fell weakly
