1. Into the Block "Bitcoin Holders Are Currently On 88% Revenue"
In a report published by the on-chain analysis platform Into the Block on Sept. 19, it reported that about 88% of holders of Bitcoin turned into a surplus due to Bitcoin's $62,000 breakthrough. Into the Block pointed out $65,000 as the next resistance line and predicted that Bitcoin is likely to turn into a long-term bull market.

2. U.S. court dismisses Consensys' SEC lawsuit
A U.S. federal court in Texas dismissed a lawsuit filed by Ethereum developer Consensys against the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission(SEC) on Sept. 19. In April, Consensys filed a lawsuit against the SEC as SEC issued Wells Notice to Consensus pointing out violation of security laws. The court dismissed the lawsuit filed by Consensys on the grounds that the SEC's Wells Notice does not represent the agency's final decision and cannot define the legal damage of Consensys.

3. U.S. SEC seeks 4-month extension of Coinbase lawsuit
The SEC filed a 4-month extension of the lawsuit with a U.S. court on Sept. 19, pointing out that the lawsuit filed against Coinbase requires an additional period of investigation. The SEC stressed that it takes additional time to review documents in the process of prosecuting Coinbase, and requested that the deadline for the commencement of evidence be postponed from October this year to February next year.

4. VanEck Executive "Bitcoin Is Bullish in Q4 This Year"
In a report published on Sept. 19 by Matthew Siegel, head of digital aseets at VanEck, he predicted a U.S. interest rate cut and the resulting entry of Bitcoin into a bull market. He explained that Bitcoin will face a bull market in the fourth quarter of this year due to the fall in the value of traditional currencies due to the U.S. Federal Reserve's interest rate cut and liquidity supply in the cryptocurrency market.

5. U.S. Bankruptcy Court Approves Bankruptcy Plan to "Wind-Down Operations After SEC Agreement"
A U.S. bankruptcy court approved Terraform Labs' bankruptcy plan on Sept. 19, which proposed wind-down operations its business after an agreement with the SEC.
