1. Canary Capital Submits Application for Solana Spot ETF
Canary Capital submitted a Solana(SOL) spot exchange-traded fund(ETF) from 'S-1' to the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission(SEC) on Oct. 31. After submitting an application for application form for Ripple(XRP) and Litecoin (LTC) spot ETFs earlier this month, Canary Capital designed an ETF that follows Solana prices in the Chicago Futures Exchange(CME) in the newly submitted application form.

2. Coinbase-Visa launches crypto-traded card immediately
Coinbase and Visa released a debit card that allows users to trade cryptocurrency in real-time through cooperation on Oct. 30. The debit card released by the two companies is designed to eliminate the time delay spent on cryptocurrency purchases by linking directly with Coinbase accounts.

3. Bitcoin Hash Rate Hits New All-Time High...742 EH/s records
Bitcoin's hash rate reached 742.42 exahash (EH/s) on Oct. 30, surpassing the previous record of 736 EH/s in about five days.

4. U.S. Treasury "Stablecoin has huge influence on T-bills"
The U.S. Treasury Department emphasized the influence of stablecoins on U.S. government bonds through a presentation submitted to the Treasury Borrowing Advisory Committee (TBAC) on Oct. 30. The Treasury Department explained that the stablecoins currently issued and circulated on the market have about $120 billion worth of government bonds as linked assets, making structural changes to demand for U.S. government bonds. The Treasury Department also pointed out the risk of exposing U.S. government bonds in the event of a collapse of stablecoins due to the great connection between stablecoins and U.S. government bonds.
