1. Hong Kong Considers Tax Exemption for Investment in Hedge Funds and Private Equity Funds
Hong Kong regulators are considering tax exemption for cryptocurrency investments by hedge funds, private equity funds and family offices to strengthen their position as a cryptocurrency financial hub. The Financial Times reported on Nov. 28 that Hong Kong financial authorities are currently in talks for about six weeks on providing tax exemption for private loans, overseas real estate, carbon credits and cryptocurrency investments only to high-value investors with special investment types.

2. Tim Drapper "Bitcoin Goes To $3 Million"
Tim Drapper, a legendary investor in Silicon Valley, continued to praise Bitcoin(BTC). In an interview with Indian media Money Control on Nov. 28, Drapper argued that Bitcoin's price is still undervalued even though it had recently approached $100,000. Pointing out the problems of legal currencies around the world, including the dollar, he explained that Bitcoin will become a key currency around the world and the price per unit will reach $3 million.

3. XT Exchange Loses 1 Million Tethers in Hack..."No Damage to Investors"
XT, a global cryptocurrency exchange, announced on Nov. 28 that 1 million USDTs were lost due to the damage of the exchange's wallet being hacked. XT said in an official statement that it took action after detecting abnormal remittance activities at the exchange's wallet and that there was no damage to the exchange's users' funds. XT said in response to questions from users who expressed concern that the exchange has about 1.5 times the reserve assets and will introduce a Merkle Tree asset certification system for the exchange's security in mid-December.

4. Switzerland's Bern State Reviews Bitcoin Mining via Surplus Energy
The Swiss state of Bern voted to approve a proposal to review bitcoin mining through surplus energy in the state on Nov. 28. The Bern state legislature said the state voted on ways to mine bitcoin directly to use excessive energy, stabilize the power grid, and secure the state budget, and approved the plan by a landslide.
