The Nationalist Party, a political party in France, will use surplus nuclear energy to present Bitcoin mining at the national level. Local media Le Monde reported on Aug. 4 that the Nationalist Party is preparing a draft bill containing Bitcoin mining provisions using surplus energy, citing a comment from Nationalist Marine Le Pen.

Solana began shipping its second-generation smartphone "SeeKer" on Aug. 4 on pre-orders. Solana said in an official statement that it has started shipping the SeeKer to more than 50 countries. The SeeKer features a mobile-based cryptocurrency wallet and a blockchain-based decentralized app store.
