1. Ripple CEO "XRP Spot ETF, Inevitable"
In an interview with Bloomberg on Oct. 23, Ripple CEO Brad Garlinghouse expressed strong confidence in the launch of an XRP spot exchange-traded fund(ETF). Pointing to the fact that Bitcoin(BTC) spot ETFs in the U.S. created a net inflow of about $17 billion this year, he argued that institutions and individual investors now want to launch new cryptocurrency spot ETFs and that Ripple spot ETF will be released in response to high demand for XRP.

2. U.S. Bitcoin Spot ETF Records Net Outflow for Two Consecutive Days
Bitcoin spot ETFs in the U.S. showed net outflows for two consecutive days on Oct. 23. According to data released by financial data platform Parside Investor, the U.S. Bitcoin spot ETF recorded net outflows of about $79.9 million and $119.05 million on Oct. 22 and 23, respectively, after the net outflow tax conversion on Oct. 22.

3. BRICS Discusses International Trade Through Cryptocurrency
The BRICS alliance discussed international trade between BRICS alliance countries through Bitcoin at a summit in Kazan on Oct. 23. Bloomberg reported on Oct. 23 that nine countries belonging to the BRICS alliance discussed the sale of bitcoin by Russian miners and the promotion of international trade between the nine countries through bitcoin sold.

4. Former Trump Senior Adviser "Cryptocurrency Industry Will Develop Significantly After U.S. Presidential Election"
In an interview with NewsNation on Oct. 23, Mick Mulvaney, who worked under former US President Donald Trump, pointed to the lobbying activities of cryptocurrency companies during the U.S. presidential campaign, arguing that the cryptocurrency industry will show great growth regardless of the election results. He said cryptocurrency companies have actively lobbied both the Democratic Party and the Republican Party in the U.S., which will be the result of the presidential election.
