1. Putin Signs State-Led Bitcoin Mining Bill..."Mining, Only Under Goverment Authorization"
Russian President Vladimir Putin signed a new cryptocurrency mining bill on Oct. 27. The new bill includes a clause that requires Russian government authorization for cryptocurrency mining in Russia, and that the mining site can be destroyed under the government's judgment.

2. Binance "Bitcoin Spot ETF Achieves 14x Than Gold"
In a report published by Binance on Oct. 27, the Bitcoin(BTC) Spot Exchange Traded Fund(ETF) in the U.S. reported that it recorded about 14 times more net inflows than the spot gold ETF in its first year. The report pointed out that the spot bitcoin ETF has recorded a net inflow of about $21 billion so far since its launch earlier this year, significantly exceeding the net inflow of about $1.5 billion recorded by the spot gold ETF in the first year. According to the report, the volume of bitcoin held by spot ETFs in the U.S. accounts for 4.5% of Bitcoin's total market supply.

3. Justin Sun "Tron Q4 Top priority, Stablecoin USDD"
Justin Suntron, the founder of Tron, announced on his X account on Oct. 27 that Tron's top priority in the fourth quarter of this year is the update of the stablecoin USDD. He announced that he will develop USDD into a thoroughly decentralized stablecoin through upgrades to promote Tron's growth. Justin Sun explained that he is planning to use Bitcoin as a collateral asset for USDD and is considering opening the USDD's own trading window.

4. CIRCLE CEO "Will Proceed IPO Without Additional Financing"
Circle CEO Jeremy Alair told Bloomberg on Oct. 27 that he will pursue Circle's initial public offering(IPO) without additional financing. He announced plans that Circle has reached a good financial trajectory and does not require additional financing for its long-planned IPO.
